(hereinafter referred to as “Changqing Shares”) in Feixi County, Hefei. The ceremony was attended by representatives from Naxi District of Yibin City and Changqing Shares.

Qu Jin, Secretary of the CPC Nanxi District Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Nanxi Economic Development Zone; Li Zheng, General Manager of the Business Management Department of the Sichuan Industrial Revitalization Fund; Wen Jiping, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanxi District Committee and Head of the Organization Department; Xiang Bing, Vice Mayor of the Nanxi District Government; and other relevant government leaders attended the ceremony. Wu Yinghong, Chairman of Changqing Shares; Yang Musen, Deputy Director of the Technology Center; and Zang Yashan, Deputy Director of the General Office, also took part. Representatives from both the government and the enterprise gathered to witness this significant moment in advancing the upgrading of the regional automotive industry.

According to available information, the newly signed project for a smart manufacturing base capable of producing 300,000 sets of automotive stamping and welding components annually is slated for development in the Luolong Industrial Park of the Nanxi Economic Development Zone in Yibin, with a planned land area of approximately 100 mu. Upon completion and full operation, the project will establish core production capacity for 300,000 sets of car-body stamping parts per year, thereby filling the regional gap in high-end automotive stamping and welding component manufacturing and directly boosting employment in the surrounding area, thus injecting new vitality into local economic development.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Secretary Qu Jin and his delegation conducted on-site visits to the company’s large-stamping automated production line, small-stamping automated production line, and roll-pressing automated production line. Through on-site observation and detailed inquiries, they gained an in-depth understanding of the production lines’ scale and capacity, core manufacturing processes, level of intelligent equipment, and market applications of the products, thereby expressing high recognition of Changqing Shares’ technological strength and production management capabilities in the automotive components manufacturing sector.

Subsequently, the two sides engaged in in-depth and pragmatic discussions in the headquarters’ conference room on regional industrial development planning and enterprise operational needs. During the dialogue, government and business representatives exchanged views extensively on key issues such as the supporting ecosystem for the automotive industry in Nanxi District, policy support priorities, and measures to ensure project construction. This not only established an efficient communication channel for collaboration but also forged broad consensus on the vision and collaborative approach of “government–enterprise synergy in driving high-quality industrial development,” thereby laying a solid foundation for the smooth advancement of subsequent project phases.

Secretary Qu Jin, on behalf of the Nanxi District Committee and the Nanxi District Government, extended a warm welcome to Changqing Shares for choosing to establish operations in Nanxi and for its investment and business development. He emphasized that Nanxi District will take this signing as an opportunity to continuously provide “full-cycle, comprehensive, end-to-end” policy support and service guarantees for the project, and will establish a dedicated coordination mechanism to promote “collaborative development and mutually beneficial win-win outcomes” between the company and the district’s automotive industry.

Chairman Wu Yinghong expressed his gratitude for the support provided by the Nanxi District Government. He stated that, with regard to this production base project, Changqing Shares will steadfastly advance according to the overarching guiding principle of “high-standard planning, stringent construction standards, early commissioning and operation, and rapid results-driven empowerment,” striving to unlock production capacity at the earliest possible date and thereby contributing greater corporate strength to the upgrading of the automotive industry in Nanxi District and even the entire city of Yibin, as well as to the region’s high-quality economic development.
