Changqing Shares: Bringing Coolness in the Scorching Summer, Showing Care to Frontline Workers

At noon on July 16, 2025, under the blazing sun, staff from the trade union of Changqing Co., Ltd. braved the sweltering heat to deliver carefully procured heat-prevention and cooling supplies to frontline workstations, bringing a much-needed “cooling breeze” to employees enduring the summer heat.
During the visit of condolence, Cheng Yi, Chairman of the Trade Union, warmly addressed everyone: “On behalf of the Chairman and the company’s Trade Union, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to all frontline employees who are working tirelessly in high-temperature conditions. While you are busy with your duties, please be sure to take precautions against the heat and stay cool. It is essential that you not only ensure the timely and quality completion of production tasks but also take good care of your health.”
Subsequently, with the coordinated support of the leaders of Changling and Changsheng Companies, Chairman Cheng presented employees with heat-prevention and cooling supplies. These warm words of care and thoughtful reminders flowed like a refreshing spring into the hearts of the workforce, enabling them to deeply feel the company’s concern and high expectations. At the same time, this gesture further strengthened team cohesion and injected powerful momentum into the enterprise’s harmonious development. Moreover, this initiative by the trade union not only safeguards employees’ health and workplace safety in hot weather but also fully demonstrates the organization’s social responsibility and humanistic care.
Since the onset of summer, Changqing Co., Ltd. has demonstrated meticulous management and forward-looking planning in its efforts to prevent heat-related illnesses and maintain a comfortable working environment. These efforts include promptly issuing high-temperature alerts and widely disseminating knowledge on heat prevention and cooling; proactively procuring and distributing heat-relief medications; conducting thorough maintenance and on-site support for cooling equipment; and introducing a series of special care initiatives for employees during extreme heat—such as providing free mineral water, mung bean soup, and ice cubes, as well as setting up air-conditioned rest areas. Each measure is carefully considered and reflects the company’s deep concern for the health and well-being of its workforce. In addition, branch offices located in other regions have also launched initiatives to deliver cooling relief directly to frontline workers.
