Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products. 2. Based on the regional sales targets set by the company, develop a sales plan for the assigned region, break down these targets, and organize their implementation. 4. Conduct customer development in the regional market and establish a comprehensive distribution network. 4. Develop new customers, maintain existing ones, expand business channels, and conduct regular visits to both new and existing customers in the city. 5. Monthly prepare plans for regional product promotion activities and conduct post-event summaries and analyses for each campaign. Job Requirements: 1. High school diploma or above; age 22–40. Must be hardworking, resilient, passionate about sales, and possess strong communication, organizational, and planning skills. 2. At least six months of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry; candidates with experience in the alcoholic beverages sector will be given priority; veterans will also be given priority. 3. Job Responsibilities 1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking post-launch performance. 2. Develop effective data-tracking mechanisms aligned with operational objectives and the current state of the product; drive the optimization of operational strategies in response to business development needs; and oversee the execution of online product promotion campaigns to achieve KPI targets. 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay abreast of competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis. 4. Based on the current operational landscape, formalize existing processes into productized workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
