Wuhu Changrui – Additional Inspection Tooling Items for Model X3L, 2026

I. Tender Project: Wuhu Changrui – X3L Model 26 New Inspection Tooling Project;
II. Registration Deadline: Online registration must be completed in the SRM system by 10:00 on April 24, 2026.
III. Bidding Period: Bidding (first-round quotation) shall be completed between 10:00 on April 24, 2026, and 14:00 on April 24, 2026.
4. Bid Opening Time: The bidding will commence at 14:00 on April 24, 2026. The bidding shall be conducted under a “last-place elimination” system, with the number of bidding rounds determined by the SRM system and each round lasting 10 minutes.
V. Requirements:
1. Quotation unit: tax-inclusive yuan;
2. Registration Documents: Business license and other qualification documents;
3. Bidding Documents: Commercial Documents: Scanned copy of the bid letter, including the quotation; Technical Documents: Signed and sealed version of the technical documents;
4. Complete registration before the registration deadline; from after the registration deadline until the commencement of bid opening, conduct bidding and submit the first round of quotations.
5. The attachments are: the tender documents and the issued materials.
