Qu Jin Leads Delegation on Inspection Visit to Changkai Company, Emphasizing Deepened Government-Enterprise Collaboration to Advance Project Construction

On the afternoon of March 8, 2026, Qu Jin, Secretary of the Nanxi District Committee of Yibin City and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Nanxi Economic Development Zone, led a delegation to Changkai Company for a research visit. Wen Jiping and Xiang Bing, both district leaders, also took part in the visit. Wu Yinghong, Chairman of Hefei Changqing Machinery Co., Ltd., and Song Fangming, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome and accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

　　Secretary Qu Jin conducted an on-site inspection of the proposed land parcels for the company’s production base, which is slated to manufacture 100,000 sets of lightweight vehicle body structural components annually, and for the intelligent manufacturing base, which is planned to produce 300,000 sets of automotive stamping and welding parts annually. During the field visit, Secretary Qu Jin thoroughly inquired about the enterprise’s capacity ramp-up, optimization of production processes, project planning and layout, as well as construction progress.

　　Secretary Qu Jin emphasized the need to continuously deepen collaboration between government and enterprises, constantly optimize the business environment, and strengthen guarantees for various production factors such as land and capital, so as to ensure that projects are advanced to high standards and with high efficiency, and to effectively secure their successful implementation and tangible results.
