During the event, participants conducted an on-site visit to the Xingang Base of Changqing Shares, gaining firsthand insight into its production operations. Focusing on core manufacturing processes such as automotive stamping, they closely examined the company’s practical experience in comprehensive, end-to-end process control, standardized deployment of safety protection systems, and strict adherence to operational procedures at the worksite. Throughout the visit, participants aligned their observations with the specific characteristics of their own operations, simultaneously conducting targeted hazard assessments. They identified potential safety risks throughout the production process and studied and adopted Changqing Shares’ proactive measures for early-stage hazard prevention and control.

During the exchange and discussion session, the head of safety management at Changqing Co., Ltd. shared in detail the company’s practical experience in building a comprehensive, enterprise-wide safety management system, covering key elements such as a tiered accountability mechanism for safety responsibilities, a normalized employee safety training program, and an integrated safety incentive and performance evaluation system. Subsequently, representatives from each participating company, drawing on their on-site observations, engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including the challenges and pain points their organizations face in safety management, effective approaches for identifying and addressing potential hazards, and ways to optimize emergency response drills.
