Hefei Changhui Automotive Components Co., Ltd.

Main business scope: With extensive experience in roll-forming production, the company commissioned its first roll-forming line in 2016 for manufacturing chassis longitudinal beams; in 2019, two additional lines were put into operation in Fuyang; in 2023, one more line was commissioned at Hongting Company; and in 2024, two new roll-forming lines were added at the Hefei Xingang base—one of which is a fully automated, high-end roll-forming line capable of processing coil stock with 48 roller segments and producing cross-sectional profiles compatible with “mouth,” “convex,” “B,” “C,” and “day” shapes, while achieving a coil strength of 1,500 MPa. This has enabled mass production of steel–aluminum roll-formed body components and battery casings.
